Rockstar moved the date to give GTA 6 the additional polish a game of this scale needs. Take-Two later reaffirmed November 19, 2026, and with pre-orders opening June 25 and digital storefront rules requiring a game to be within 12 months of release to take pre-orders, the date is effectively locked in.
