Adin Ross Plans a GTA 6 Server That Pays Players Real Money
Streamer Adin Ross has announced plans for a GTA 6 roleplay (RP) server where players could earn real money or cryptocurrency for doing in-game jobs — saying he wants to “eradicate” the 9-to-5.
The plan
Reportedly being developed with FaZe Banks, the server would offer two modes:
- Hardcore mode — a realistic economy where you earn a salary from in-game professions (think janitor, babysitter, pizza delivery), cashable to real money/crypto
- Free-Roam mode — a gang-centered open world
It would be a third-party RP server — similar to NoPixel or Headliner servers that ran on FiveM for GTA 5.
⚠️ Big caveats — read before you get excited
- Not official. It’s not a Rockstar product and is not affiliated with GTA 6.
- No Rockstar approval, no funding proof, no launch date.
- A real-money economy on top of GTA 6 could clash with Rockstar’s terms of service.
- It likely depends on a GTA 6 PC version, which isn’t confirmed and could be a year or more away.
- Even Ross’s own framing reportedly notes it’s for entertainment, not dependable income.
Bottom line: a fun idea getting huge attention — but don’t quit your job over it. We’ll update this on our Streamers page if it actually moves forward.
